"From the beginning to the end of your case, you will be guided every step of the way to make informed decisions about your future."

When faced with changes to your family structure, you need a team who will compassionately listen to your needs and create a plan that works for you.

Kimberly Boettger is a dedicated and compassionate attorney with 17 years of experience in the legal field. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Women's Studies from Washington University in St. Louis (2003) and earned her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law (2006).

Kimberly has worked extensively in family law, specializing in cases involving military families and victims of domestic violence. She is proficient in handling protective order and peace order cases, providing her clients with the expertise and support they need during challenging times.

Kim began her career as an attorney for the House of Ruth Maryland, representing victims of domestic violence. She then worked for the government before transitioning to private practice, where she spent years practicing at a firm in Montgomery County. Her experience with all kinds of clients in varying circumstances has honed her skills and deepened her commitment to her practice.

Kimberly is committed to helping people navigate the legal system effectively. Kim believes in a client-centered approach to litigation that prioritizes protecting clients' interests while minimizing unnecessary time in court. She understands that her clients are in the midst of extraordinarily difficult times and sees it as her job to be a helping hand through it. Kim will not hesitate to fight for her clients and their interests.

Originally from Alabama (Roll Tide!), Kim has been in the DC area since law school. An avid sports fan, she loves both Alabama football and the Philadelphia Eagles. You'll find her watching football most weekends in the fall. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, lifting weights at the gym, playing with her two dogs, and reading new books.
